Refund policy

You can return any of our products within 14 days of delivery for a refund if approved by the ISOMUM customer team. To be eligible for a refund,your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Items did not arrived as expected!

if your items are damaged, missing or the wrong items have been sent please contact our Customer Team on info@isomum.com immediately who will be very happy to help you.

 You can contact our team by replying to your order confirmation email. 

 Please quote your order number and as many details as you can about what you have received (photos are great) and our team will get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

Cancelling orders

We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means it is very rare that your order can be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund as per the details above.

If you reject your order at the door, or do not collect your parcel from a sorting office / post office, we will refund you once the parcel has been returned to us by the delivery service provider.

 However, unfortunately, the courier companies charge us an admin fee upward of £10 for getting the parcel back to us and as such this will be deducted from your refund.
